The South Half (S 1/2) of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 7 West except a 3 acre tract and railroad right away, Harper County, KS.


1 mile west of Harper, KS on NW 90th Rd.


303.3 total acres, 284 acres of cropland with 19 acres of trees and waste. FSA wheat base acreage 238.8 acres with 32 bu yield. Approximately 280 acres of Class 2 soils including Nalim loam and Attica fine sandy loam. The cultivated acres will be sprayed for weed control after harvest. The Buyer shall reimburse for the cost of the application and chemicals.

Mineral Rights

All Seller’s mineral rights will be conveyed to the Buyer.

Water Rights


$2,416.30 Taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.


Buyer shall receive possession upon closing.


The Seller requires 10% down day of sale with the balance to be due on or before August 21, 2017. The Buyer and Seller to equally split the title insurance and closing costs. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Financing, if necessary, needs to be arranged and approved prior to the auction. The property is to be sold as is.
