The Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section 13, Township 31 South, Range 7 West of the 6th P.M., Harper County, KS.


3 miles north of Harper, KS at the intersection of NE 5th Ave & NE 130 Rd. Property lays in the northeast corner of intersection.


161.45 total acres, 124.32 acres of cropland. 17.52 acres has been planted to bermuda grass. There are 37.13 acres of pasture, trees, creek, and waste. Sand Creek runs through the property and the large trees make for great deer and turkey habitat. FSA wheat base acreage is 116.8 acres with 34 bu yield. Approximately 115 acres of Class 3 soils including Shellabarger fine sandy loam and Crisfield sandy loam. The cultivated acres will be sprayed for weed control after harvest. Buyer shall receive possession upon closing.


The Seller requires 10% down day of sale with the balance to be due on or before August 25, 2017. The Buyer and Seller to equally split the title insurance and closing costs. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Financing, if necessary, needs to be arranged and approved prior to the auction. The property is to be sold as is.
