Katie Detmer

Katie Detmer is an Associate Broker for Gene Francis & Associates in the Wichita, KS office. She has held her real estate license with GF&A since 2013 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business. She is a Wichita native and resides here with her husband, Kyle, and children. She has received the President’s Club Award, representing over $2.5 million in gross sales, in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, & 2022. In 2019, she was awarded Top 300 Agents by Wichita Real Producers which is based on closed residential volume and represents just 13% of all Realtors, yet they are responsible for over 75% of all transactions. Her passion for real estate started at a young age with spending time at her family property fishing, riding ATVs, and enjoying the great outdoors. She grew up riding and teaching horseback riding lessons in Goddard, KS which led her to volunteer at several therapeutic riding centers over the years.
