Megan Martin

As a North Central Kansas native, I have first hand experience witnessing the growth of the area and providing the credibility, experience and knowledge to successfully assist buyers and sellers. I am a REALTOR®, a licensed real estate salesperson who belongs to the National Association of REALTORS®. We are held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics. Using a lifetime of area connections and relationships, I am sure my energy and hard work will make your experience positive through your transaction. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Fort Hays State University and degrees in Business Management & Marketing from Southeast Community College. My career path has given me experience working in several industries including entrepreneurship, finance, business management, and education, making me well equipped to guide you through the real estate process. I enjoy supporting a variety of civic organizations and serving the community. My husband, Brent, and I along with our two children live in rural Waterville. My involvement includes serving as an active member of the Blue Rapids PRIDE and St Monica’s/St Elizabeth’s Catholic Church. I am engaged with the Blue Rapids & Waterville Chambers of Commerce. I also belong to professional organizations of the National Association of REALTORS®, Kansas Association of REALTORS®, and Flint Hills Association of REALTORS® (chairing the Community Outreach Committee).
