In-person viewing is Friday, Oct. 17th 9:00 AM -6:00 PM.

This auction is SIMULCAST. To reach the largest audience possible, we will be conducting the firearms portion in-person AND online at www.gavelroads.com. That means if you are unable to be at our facility, you can still watch the auction live and bid from your smart phone or computer. You can also leave an absentee bid with us.

Some important notes:

  • The auctioneer has the final say on all winning bids. Tie bids go to in-person floor bidders.
  • Internet connection issues are occasionally an unfortunate disturbance during a livestream auction, but those connections are out of our control.
  • The live auction will continue even if there are internet connection or unforeseen technology issues.
  • Payment is due by Tuesday, October 21 at Noon CST. If we have not received payment by then, we will charge the card on file which will include a 3% transaction fee. If you are not present at the live auction, please call us as soon as possible to make arrangements to pick up your firearm or with shipping instructions to another FFL
