Property Address: Location will be published days before the auction. The general location is SW of Wichita.

Gene Francis & Associates is excited to offer the contents of an estate as an in-person, live auction. Featuring a tractor, car lift, mower, trailer, and a shop full of equipment and tools. Household items include quality furniture, bedroom sets, leather sectional and chairs, cabinets, tables, collectibles, decorative items, seasonal decor, board games, toys.

This is an entire estate with many nostalgic interests and collections. The comic books, trading cards and some collectibles are selling online only at gavelroads.com/24378 with bidding ending August 19. The real estate will be sold at auction in the near future.

Terms: No Reserves. No Buyer’s Premium. No Sales Tax. Gavel price is your price. All items will be sold “as is” without any warranties either expressed or implied by Gene Francis & Associates. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, credit card (3% processing charge), or check. All items shall be removed the day of auction.

Auction Information:

There will be two auction rings. Concessions and restrooms will be onsite. The gate opens at 8:00 AM so come early for a bidder number.
