Join us in welcoming Andrew to our family of real estate agents! Although he’s been with GF&A and @gavelroads for almost a year as an auction support coordinator, he is expanding his role as a licensed agent.

Andrew grew up on a dairy farm southeast of Garden Plain, where the early mornings, steady routines, and demanding work taught him the value of perseverance, responsibility, and community. Those rural roots shaped his character and continue to influence the way he approaches life. Andrew is married to Logan Rice of Caldwell, and together they are raising four boys on a dairy farm, instilling in them the same strong values and small-town traditions that shaped his own upbringing.

For the past 11 years, Andrew has also served as a firefighter, dedicating himself to protecting others with the same commitment and work ethic he learned on the farm.
